You know, after a hard day, doesn’t everyone enjoy a bottle?

Entry for January 04, 2008 – Bryson is not much help with the laundry

I was folding socks in front of the TV and Bryson discovered what fun it is to empty the basket of clean clothes by grabbing handfuls of clothes and tossing it behind him. (he uses both hands) This was pretty funny, the first time, but he could empty the basket much faster than we could process it. Losing battle. He also now performs this act with the trash can and “to be filed box” in the office. <ugh>

Entry for December 24, 2007 – Bryson the HAM

Bryson ate breakfast at the table with us this morning. He had us all laughing because of the funny faces he was making. I don’t know how he is going to like going home, since he won’t have a large audience to perform for anymore.

Entry for December 24, 2007 – Christmas Part 1

Our first Christmas trip with Bryson is almost over. It was a little more challenging getting all the stuff he needs gathered up, but seeing all the excitement and fun makes it all worth it!

I love to be the center of attention.

More toys!

All these new places to explore.

I’m practicing standing on my own.

Kids are always the center of the action.

I conned people into playing monopoly with me. (note the wad of cash in my hand and my hotels on the board… oh ya, I dominated them all!)

Entry for December 19, 2007 – No Hands!

Bryson is holding up his own bottle now. This seems trivial, but it makes a huge difference!

Entry for December 18, 2007 – The bathtub incident

Another first happened tonight. I was playing on the computer while Amber was giving Bryson a bath when Amber started yelling, “get in here now!!!” She needed help, so I went in there to find out what happened. As it turns out, the boy decided to “drop a deuce” in the tub, and Amber didn’t see the immediate humor in the situation, as reported here. As I was getting him dried off and dressed, I couldn’t help thinking about the pool scene from Caddyshack.

Entry for December 16, 2007 – Mr. Curiosity

Bryson has been very inquisitive of everything lately. He now knows how to open up cabinet doors to see what is inside.

See, watch this, I can open doors now!

I’m so proud of myself.

Wow, look at this treasure inside.

It is better when I put it all on the floor.

Yumm, something else to put in my mouth.

I think Amber covered things over on her blog, but I wanted to add more pictures, so here they are.
