Amber suggested that a picture of the cooked food was much more appropriate blog fodder than just the raw food. After lots of cutting and cleaning, here is what she fed the family with tonight.
Fried Okra (Glenda Style), sautéd veges (squash, zucchini, onion, eggplant, and red pepper), sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, and oven roasted potatoes. Everything is local, either from our backyard or from local farmers, with the exception of the red pepper, which came from Canada.
