I made it to the Tax Office before they closed, with ALL the paperwork I needed and finally obtained a set of license plates.

Next, I went down the street to my trusty oil-change place and had Betty inspected. They don’t have to do any sort of emissions testing, just the safety test, so the cost was only $14. Wow, that is nice.

After that, I treated Betty to 10 gallons of new diesel fuel and an express wash ($50). She seemed pretty happy because she let me take her up to 50MPH on the way home.
