I intended on taking more pictures of everything, but I was too rushed and just wanted to get things done. Brandon and I (with some of Shaun’s help) dropped the fuel tank from Quadzilla last weekend and replaced the stock pump with two high-flowing pumps. The setup I was using (factory in-tank pump with an in-line booster pump) was not supplying enough fuel and was the bottleneck in my quest for more power. Just one of the pumps I installed is almost enough for my current situation, and I have plenty of room to grow now. I’ve got a new supercharger pulley and belt waiting in a box in the garage and I am eager to change them out now… it will spin the blower faster and give me about 13psi of boost, up from the 7psi I am seeing right now. I’m hoping to see another 100 to 150 HP from that upgrade!
We worked on the shed yesterday… it was dark when we finally quit working, so I didn’t get any pictures of us. I’ll take some today and post them up, as I’m pretty proud of my little shack.
