I overheard a conversation in my office about an email from Huntley Brown. Since I posted his now famous email earlier, I wanted to post this related information here also. I was amazed that Huntley responded to her email! -Brian

Dear Angela,
Great hearing from you. Thanks for your kind words of encouragement on my email. Please keep me in your prayers as you can imagine not everyone is happy with the truth of my e-mail. God bless you richly.
Blessings,
Huntley Brown

Dear Mr. Brown,
How are you? I just wanted to say thank you for your story! I am sorry you have gotten so much grief about it, but I for one appreciate it. I am not excited about either one of the candidates but I have to vote for the one that doesn’t want to take God out of everything! I hope other people appreciate you being so honest and telling people truth other then what they want to hear. I get so tired of Hollywood shoving their beliefs down our throats. I am just happy to see a Christian with a voice stand up for what they believe in. All I can say is it about time. I have children and my biggest fear is that they grow up in a Godless society. I teach them at home and they go to church…but when they go to school, the lessons are contradictory. They teach evolution and every religion but Christianity. They are taught about Buda but not about Jesus. I just don’t understand and I really am praying for a change! Well I don’t want to take up your time, but when I read you and your family was receiving ugly mail…I felt obligated to write! People find it easy to write and say mean things, but can’t write and say nice ones. I know many people read your story and got inspiration from it. Weather they wrote you to let you know, now that is another thing. The person that sent this to me I know she loved the story and it touched her, but she is a busy mother of 3 and I am sure she didn’t look up your e-mail address and write. The point that I am trying to make, is don’t feel bad! You touched more people then you hurt and that some times the truth hurts and people don’t want to hear it. But hold your head up! Thank you for being a Christian and standing tall, it means a lot to a lot of us!
God Bless you and your family!
Sincerely,
Angela
