This video is not new, but it is new to me. I generally disagree with everything I hear from Rachael Maddow (I usually refer to her as Rachael Madcow). Here, she talks about rule of law under the US Constitution, which is a subject I very much like. I’ll stand with Maddow/Madcow if she sticks to supporting this!
A tale of two speeches, both from the same man, president Obama.
1- ballad of the Constitution, proclamation of American values, a repudiation of the lawless behavior of the last administration
and another speech
2- announcing a radical new claim of presidential power that is not afforded by the Constitution and that has never been attempted in American history, even by George W Bush and Dick Chaney
remarkable BO made both of those speeches today, simultaneously
