All The Rocks Are Finally Gone

I finally finished screening the soil in ALL of my raised beds today. Now I have 6 beds with usable garden soil.


Here are my blackberry bushes. I hope they will produce some good fruit this year. I added some compost and mulch to them today.

I don’t know who believes gardening is cheap. Bryson and I went to another favorite store this morning, Wells Brothers Farm Store. I bought 4 bags of compost/soil mix.

2 giant bags of extra course vermiculite.

Here is the finished bed with spots every 12 inches.
