I attended a 1 hour “marketing” meeting for a telecom company last night. They wanted to know what was important to me when I buy TV, Phone, and Internet services. They paid me $100, and I tried to eat as many cookies as I could before I left.
Some interesting observations:
- Most people in the room considered these services (TV, Internet, Phone) “essential”.
- 3 of the guys were saying that their 15M Interconnection was not fast enough.
- One lady said she should be given speed as fast as technically possible, but didn’t want to pay extra.
